Blazzle Me Fundraisers

We offer apparel fundraisers and straight apparel sales through an online store.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

• We will create a social media flyer & QR code to help you promote the store.
• We will setup the store and create artwork free of charge. NOTE: We will provide a maximum of 2 design revisions. Additional revisions will results in a design fee per revision.
• We will process payments and pay you a profit check at the end of your fundraiser.
• We will bag each order individually.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

• Online store payments are paid with a debit or credit card directly to Blazzle Me. At the end of an apparel fundraiser we will issue a profit check back to your organization.
• We use STRIPE to process payments, a charge from STRIPE will appear for any purchases.
• NOTE: Anyone who makes a purchase and disputes the charge as fraudulent will incur a $20 processing fee for us to process your order. 

We do not charge a first time setup fee or future setup fee if previous sales were successful.

However, we do expect stores to be promoted and have a successful sale. Stores that gross less than $500 may be charged a non-refundable $50 setup fee for any future stores.

Fundraisers can include plain decoration, bling decoration, and embroidered items. The more complex the sale, the longer the turn around time may be.

**Please note: neon or metallic colors will have an upcharge and a minimum order quantity.

All items are custom made for your fundraiser. **We do not accept returns or exchanges**. If needed size charts are available to make sure the fit is right.

We want everyone to love their custom apparel!! Sometimes there are problems with the apparel that we don't catch. Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order, no exceptions.

Typically sales are hosted for roughly 2-3 weeks. Please account for late orders and remind parents and athletes to get their orders in. Once a sale is over we do not accept late orders.

Fundraiser and Team Gear orders are MADE TO ORDER and include multiple apparel options and design options. On average turn around time is 3-4 weeks. However, this is an estimate and not a guarantee. 

Fundraiser success is directly correlated with promotional effort. When hosting a Blazzle Me fundraiser, you are expected to actively promote the fundraiser. Examples include, but not limited to:

• Social media posts
• Text reminders
• Group Posts
• Emails Blasts
• Handouts at events
• Direct communication with team/group members

Failure to demonstrate reasonable promotional effort may impact eligibility for future fundraisers.

Organization & EIN

• This information is needed to prove that your organization is tax except. The organization name is also used to have checks written to. 
• My organization is not tax except, how does that work? A valid EIN is required for us to host a fundraiser. If your organization does not have an EIN, you can place an order for apparel (with sales tax), then you can sell the apparel at whatever mark-up you want.

Personalization

• If you would like personalization on items please be sure to let us know before we start working on the store, it is time consuming to add these options after the store has been setup. 

Information Needed for Online Stores

• Pick-up address: This is where people will pick their order up when they are ready to be passed out (school, studio, ect)
• Point of Contact: Who people can reach out to if they have questions about their order, pick-up, or sale information.

Fundraiser Mark-Up & Profits

• $5 per item. A profit check will be written back to the organization at the end of the sale and will be available when the order is ready for pick-up.

Cancelling Orders

• All sales are final, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded after they are placed through an online store.

Disputing Your Credit Card Charge

• Anyone who makes a purchase through a store or fundraiser and disputes the charge as fraudulent will incur a $20 processing fee for us to process your order.

Getting started is EASY! Contact us either through email (sales@BlazzleMe.com) or through our Blazzle Me Facebook page. Here's some information we will need to get started:

SCHOOL / STAFF / STUDIO / SPORTS / ORGANIZATIONS 

• Organization Name & EIN
• Sale size (rough idea of how many people will participate in the sale)
• Studio/School/Team/Organization colors
• Preferred apparel color for the sale (pick 1) and preferred secondary color. If you have colors that are not allowed to be used, let us know as soon as work starts on your store.
• Do you have design ideas to share or can we design our own spirit wear? Please do not submit AI images and expect us to replicate them. If you want to generate your own AI images make sure they are 300 dpi with a transparent background. We do not edit AI images.
• Any specific apparel items you want to offer?
• What will be offered in the sale? Plain spirit wear, Bling Spirit Wear, Embroidery?
• When would you like to hold the sale?
• Who can people contact for questions about the sale?
• Address where orders will be picked up

Fundraisers being hosted for Christmas delivery must be turned in by the 2nd week of November.
