Thank you for your interest in our apparel fundraisers!  

You can choose from an online store or paper order form. 

ONLINE STORES

• If you choose an online store we will create a flyer that can be printed and passed out, we will create a social media add to promote the store, and a QR code that can be scanned with your phone. 
• Online store payments are paid with a debit or credit card directly to Blazzle Me. At the end of the sale we will issues a profit check back to your organization.

PAPER ORDER FORMS

• If you choose a paper order form we will create an order form and send it to you as a PDF file that can be printed and passed out, we will also provide a link to download the order form. **We do not print order forms**.
• Paper order form payments will be made to the organization. Once the sale is over we will collect the order forms, tally the orders, and issue the organization an invoice. This means all fundraiser profits automatically stay in your account!

Fundraisers can include plain decoration, bling decoration, and embroidered items. The more complex the sale, the longer the turn around time may be.

The great thing about Blazzle Me Fundraisers is your ability to set your markup. We will work with you to establish pricing based on the size of the sale + apparel options + design options. 

Once we have pricing established your organization can set pricing based on

• Our suggested pricing (what seems to sell best)
• A dollar amount per item or dollar amount across the board - By default online stores are automatically set to $5 per item

All items are custom made for your fundraiser. **We do not accept returns or exchanges**. If needed size charts are available to make sure the fit is right.

We want everyone to love their custom apparel!! Sometimes there are problems with the apparel that we don't catch. Please report any issues within 7 days of passing out the items, no exceptions.

Typically sales are hosted for roughly 2-3 weeks. Please account for late orders and remind parents and athletes to get their orders in. Once a sale is over we do not accept late orders.

Turn around time depends on how large the sale is and the amount of apparel & design options. On average school spirit wear sales have a turn around time of 3-4 weeks.

Organization & EIN

• This information is needed to prove that your organization is tax except. The organization name is also use to have checks written to. 
• My organization is not tax except, how does that work? We will set the store up to collect sales tax. When the sale is over your profit will have sales tax taken out.

Order Sorting & Bagging

• We automatically bag your orders!

Personalization

• If you would like personalization on items please be sure to let us know before we start working on the store, it is time consuming to add these options after the store has been setup. 

Information Needed for Online Stores

• Pick-up address: This is where people will pick their order up when they are ready to be passed out (school, studio, ect)
• Point of Contact: Who people can reach out to if they have questions about their order, pick-up, or sale information.

Fundraiser Mark-Up & Profits

• By default each item is set to a $5 mark-up. If you would like to set your own mark-up please let us know before we start setting the store up
• Profit checks will be written back to the organization at the end of the sale and will be available when the order is ready for pick-up

Cancelling Orders

• All sales are final, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they are placed through an online store.

Promoting Online Stores

• The success of your online store is directly related to the amount of time spent promoting the sale. With a paper order form, it's easy to hang and see and remember. With an online store there is nothing to remind people to order. On average a person has to see something roughly 3-4 times before they will remember to order. We will provide you with tips on how to promote your store for a successful sale.

SCHOOL FUNDRAISERS

• School size
• School colors
• Preferred apparel color for the sale (pick 1)
• Do you have design ideas to share or can we design our own spirit wear
• Paper order forms or online store?
• Any specific items you want to offer?
• Plain spirit wear or Plain spirit wear & bling?
• When would you like to hold the sale?
• Who can people contact for questions about the sale?
• Address where orders will be picked up

TEAM/STUDIO/OTHER FUNDRAISERS

• Organization Name & EIN (this information is needed to verify your organization is tax except, and to issue profit checks for online stores)
• Amount of athletes on the team
• Does the team have artwork or artwork requirements?
• Do you need the ability to have a name on the back of apparel?
• Team/Studio colors
• Preferred apparel color for the sale
• Paper order forms or online store?
• Any specific items you want to offer?
• Plain team gear or plain team gear & bling?
• When would you like to hold the sale?
• Who can people contact for questions about the sale?
• Address where orders can be picked up

Fundraisers being hosted for Christmas delivery must be turned in by the 2nd week of November.
